How can we help?

Do customers make predictions on ApexPredict?

No. ApexPredict generates and publishes the predictions. Customers browse the fixture analysis, probabilities, confidence, reasoning, and historical results.

What does recommended, watchlist, or abstained mean?

Recommended calls cleared the publication threshold. Watchlist means the evidence is interesting but not strong enough for a primary call. Abstained means the model deliberately declined to recommend an outcome.

Are probabilities guarantees?

No. Probabilities express uncertainty using the data available at the published cutoff time. Sports outcomes remain uncertain.

How can I evaluate past performance?

The Track Record page reports published sample size, evaluated outcomes, accuracy, and calibration metrics. Withdrawn and superseded publications remain auditable.

Can I save a fixture?

Yes. Signed-in customers can follow fixtures and manage alerts for new predictions, material changes, kickoff reminders, and final results.
