1. Scope

This policy covers what ApexPredict stores in your browser: cookies, localStorage and anything equivalent. It does not cover our server-side storage. Our PostgreSQL database and our Redis cache run on our servers and are described in the Privacy Policy — they are not browser storage and are not affected by the choices on this page.

2. Strictly necessary storage

These cannot be switched off, because the service cannot work without them. Session and authentication cookies keep you signed in. A CSRF token cookie protects form submissions from cross-site forgery. A theme preference records whether you chose light or dark. A consent record stores the analytics choice you make below, together with the version of this policy and the time you chose, so that we can honour it and evidence it.

3. Optional analytics

If — and only if — you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 and it sets its own cookies to measure aggregate use of the site: which pages are visited, how visits arrive, and roughly how the product performs. Nothing analytics-related loads before you accept. If you reject, or if you have not yet chosen, no analytics script is requested and no analytics cookie is set.

4. No advertising storage

ApexPredict runs no advertising tags, no advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers and no social-media tracking pixels. We do not use browser storage to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not share it for that purpose. Some background video is loaded directly from the stock-media libraries Pixabay and Pexels; those requests do not set cookies for us, but they are requests your browser makes to another company, and the Privacy Policy explains what that means.

5. Your choice, and changing it

Analytics is denied by default until you choose. You can accept, reject, or open the preference panel to decide item by item. Whatever you choose, you can change it later from the Cookie settings link in the footer, and rejecting later stops analytics from that point. Your choice is stored with the policy version and a timestamp; if this policy changes materially we will ask you again.

6. Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of optional analytics and do not ask you again unless you tell us otherwise from the preference panel.

7. Clearing storage

You can clear cookies and site data from your browser's settings at any time. Clearing them removes your consent record, so you will be asked again on your next visit, and it signs you out.
